My Art Contest "Landscapes 2013" Entry Form and Rules Page

RULES:
- Open to all levels, ages, mediums and styles of visual artists - painting, drawings, photography, digital, sculpture, etc ... Sorry, but no music or video productions.
- Submissions must be in the following format types: (jpg,jpeg,gif,tiff,psd) and should be less than 1MB per image .
- If a background is viewable we reserve the right to crop the image so only art is visible.
- Art work must be original and created by the artist submitting the art.
- The term "Landscapes" is open the artist's interpretation.
- Art must have been created with in the past 3 years.
- You may enter as many times as you like.
- All art is placed on website for duration of contest and then it will be added to our archives page forever, but it may take about a week to get the art posted online. We add all art manually.
- Top 3 will receive cash prizes and will be a featured artist in Issue 14, a Landscapes only issue of Artist Portfolio Magazine (Fall/Winter 2013)
- 20 Honorable Mentions will receive a 1 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- 30 Editor's Choice Awards to receive 1 page features in Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- $35 per entry form for 2 works of art
- $50 per entry form for 4 works of art
- Juror's decision is final.
AWARDS:
1st Place: $500 - Cover Art for issue 14, Plus 2 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine.
2nd Place: $200 - Plus 2 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine
3rd Place: $100 - Plus 2 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine
20 Honorable Mentions - full page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine
30 Editor's Choice Awards - full page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine

$35 - up to two images per entry. (non-refundable)
$50 - up to four images per entry. (non-refundable)

IMPORTANT DATES:
All entries must be submitted by August 2, 2013.
Winners will be announced on or before October 1, 2013.
Artist Portfolio Magazine Issue #14 will be distributed in the Fall/Winter of 2013.
