My Art Contest "Anniversary Art Contest" Entry Form and Rules

ENTRY FORM

THEME: "Open to All Art"

RULES:
Open to all levels and ages of artists from anywhere on this planet. This is an open theme and we are looking for the art that we think will make an excellent cover for issue #6, our 1 Year Anniversary Issue, of Artist Portfolio Magazine.

- Submissions must be in the following format types: (jpg,jpeg,gif,tiff,psd,pdf) and please reduce the size to less than 2MB per photo, but larger than 640px on the large side of the image.
- Art work must be original and created by the artist submitting the art.
- The term "Open" is open the artist's interpretation. Art can ben Abstract, Landscapes, Portraits etc ... any style.
- Art must have been created with in the past 3 years.
- You may enter as many times as you like.
- All art is placed on website for duration of contest, but it may take a few days to a week to get the art posted online. We add and review all art manually.
- Winner will be placed on the cover of Issue #6 of Artist Portfolio Magazine and receive $1500 cash, plus a 2-4 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- Top 3 artists will receive cash and receive a 2-4 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- 20 Honorable Mentions will receive full page features.
- ALL PARTICIPENTS will have at least 1 entry published on our 1 year anniversary issue of Artist Portfolio Magazine ... This is our way of saying thank you.

- $35 entry fee

- MyArtContest.com's decision of the winners is final.

AWARDS:

BEST IN SHOW - $1500, Cover of 1 year anniversary issue of Artist Portfolio Magazine and a 2-4 page feature

2nd Place - $500, plus 2-4 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine

3rd Place - $200, plus 2-4 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine

Honorable Mentions - full page features in Artist Portfolio Magazine

All Participants - at least 1 work of your art per entry will be included in our 1 year anniversary issue of Artist Portfolio Magazine

IMPORTANT DATES:
All entries must be submitted by January 15, 2012
Winners will be announced on February 1, 2012
Artist Portfolio Magazine, Issue #6, will be distributed in the Spring of 2012
