My Art Contest "Cover 7" Entry Form and Rules Page

THEME: "Open"
RULES:
Open to all levels and ages of artists from anywhere on this planet. This is an open theme and we are looking for the art that we think will make an excellent cover for issue #7 of Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- Submissions must be in the following format types: (jpg,jpeg,gif,tiff,psd,pdf) and please reduce the size to less than 2MB per photo, but larger than 640px on the large side of the image.
- Art work must be original and created by the artist submitting the art.
- The term "Open" is open the artist's interpretation.
- Art must have been created with in the past 3 years.
- You may enter as many times as you like.
- All art is placed on website for duration of contest, but it may take a few days to a week to get the art posted online. We add and review all art manually.
- Winner will be placed on the cover of Issue #7 of Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- Top 3 artists will receive cash and receive a full page features in Artist Portfolio Magazine Issue 7.
- 20 Honorable Mentions will be featured in Issue 7.
- $35 entry fee
- MyArtContest.com's decision of the winners is final.

1st Place - $1007 and Art featured on cover page, plus 2 page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
2nd Place - $507, plus 2 page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
3rd Place - $207, plus 2 page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
Honorable Mentions - Features of their art in Artist Portfolio Magazine Issue 7
ENTRY FEE:
$35 per entry (2 works of art per entry)

* No limit on the amount of times you enter.
IMPORTANT DATES:
All entries must be submitted by May 31, 2012
Winners will be announced on June 15, 2012
Artist Portfolio Magazine, Issue #7, will be distributed in the July 2012.
