My Art Contest "Photography" Entry Form and Rules Page
ENTRY FORM
THEME: "Photography"
RULES:
Open to all levels and ages of artists from anywhere on this planet. Photography styles are up to the person behind the camera. Traditional photography, digital photography, photos of nature, studio photography, photos of your car ... you get the picture! Anything related to taking a picture by you, the artist, goes. Please do not send pornography because it will be rejected. Nudes are ok.
- Submissions must be in the following format types: (jpg,jpeg,gif,tiff,psd,pdf) and please reduce the size to less than 2MB per photo, but larger than 640px on the large side of the image.
- Art work must be original and created by the artist submitting the art.
- The term "Photography" is open the artist's interpretation.
- Art must have been created with in the past 3 years.
- You may enter as many times as you like.
- All art is placed on website for duration of contest, but it may take a few days to a week to get the art posted online. We add and review all art manually.
- Winner will be placed on the cover of Issue #5 of Artist Portfolio Magazine and this issue is a Photography Only issue.
- Top 3 artists will receive cash and receive a full page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine.
- 20 Honorable Mentions will receive 1/2 page features.
- ALL ARTISTS who enter will be featured in issue #5. Everyone gets in the magazine!
- $35 entry fee
- MyArtContest.com's decision of the winners is final.
AWARDS:
1st Place - $250 and Art featured on cover page, plus full page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
2nd Place - $100, plus full page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
3rd Place - $50, plus full page feature of art in Artist Portfolio Magazine
20 Honorable Mentions - 1/2 page features in Artist Portfolio Magazine
All Entries - at least 1 of your photographs will receive a 1/4 page feature in Artist Portfolio Magazine

$35 per entry (2 works of art per entry)

* No limit on the amount of times you enter.
IMPORTANT DATES:
All entries must be submitted by October 31, 2011.
Winners will be announced on November 15, 2011.
Artist Portfolio Magazine, Issue #5, will be distributed in the Winter of 2011/2012.
* All images submitted into MyArtContest.com's monthly contests remain the sole property of the artist. The views portrayed by art submissions remain the individual artist's perspective, not that of MyArtContest.com.
** MyArtContest.com reserves the right to use any image submitted for promotion of our website and future art contests.
